Jonathan Kelly

Jonathan has more than 25 years' experience as an investor and company director, including direct investing across six growth private equity funds totalling A$1.3 billion in capital commitments. During this time, Jonathan has built strong business networks and a reputation for personal integrity.

He currently serves on the board and investment committees of Vantage Asset Management, a leading institutional investor in lower- to mid-market private equity funds, co-investments and secondary transactions. Jonathan also consults to family office and private investment firms and advises high-growth companies and their founders.

Jonathan was previously a Managing Director at Pollination, a global climate investment and advisory firm. Prior to this, he was a director of CHAMP Ventures, having joined at its foundation in 2000. He managed the acquisition, transformation and realisation of some of the firm's highest performing investments, including SG Fleet, Amdel, Australian Portable Buildings and Dexion. He left CHAMP Ventures in 2016 to establish Odyssey Private Equity, another top performing mid-market firm.

Jonathan holds a BEng (Hons1) from The University of Sydney and an MBA (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
